Free parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building, along with free 2-hour street parking located around the building.
Building Access
We are located immediately at the top of the stairs on the 2nd level. We would be more than happy to assist you with any mobility aids, strollers, car seats, etc. Please let us know if you require assistance prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
To help us keep our care accessible to everyone, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments and cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full fee.

Feel free to wait in the front waiting area of the office, or proceed to the back area where the washroom and additional seating are located. Elizabeth will be out to meet you at your scheduled appointment time.
